Refurbishment
We deliver refurbishment management for busy landlords who require a professional to look over any works required. We deliver excellent and knowledgeable service from having a strong local network across Berkshire and having renovated over 50 properties over the last 15 years.
We choose to work with reliable tradespeople who are highly skilled in their trades. This includes plumbers, gas & heating engineers, builders, roofers, electricians, carpenters, painters/decorators. We aim to keep our prices competitive inline with market rates.
Sophic Property also has access to merchants, suppliers, building control specialists, planning expertise, and architects for extensions, new-build’s or renovations.
Delivering a high-quality finish is a must, and we’ll keep you posted throughout the process with video updates.
